Hi @MaheshE ,
There is no support for PDIs are provided.
You will have to wait until the PDI wakes up, you may want to try after a day.

Hi @MaheshE
you can't recover a PDI that has been lost. If you haven't backup your work either through a git repository for scoped applications or exported update sets for global applications you're out of luck and need to start from scratch.
Wait for one day and try to log in try to search support email id raise a email to them one of my friend raise a email it's got solved.
Mark this Helpful !!. If this Helps you to understand. This will help both the community and me.

Hi @MaheshE ,
I would recommend you to wait if you have work on your instance that you need. If you don't need the work done in the instance, I would recommend you to release and request a fresh installation.
Still it will be unsure if it comes online or not, but again, above would be my personal recommendation.
If I could help you with your Query then, please hit the Thumb Icon and mark it as Correct !!
Thanks & Regards,

Hi @MaheshE
Greetings!
Unfortunately, ServiceNow doesn't provide support for PDIs. Keep trying after sometime.
refer below link:
https://www.servicenow.com/community/developer-forum/my-instance-is-showing-as-it-is-under-hibernati...
refer PDI FAQs here.
https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do#!/guides/tokyo/now-platform/faq/pdi_faq
Make sure to take backup of your data regularly if you're working on any important work and you'll need to resume in future.
Please mark the answer as correct solution and helpful if helped.
Kind Regards,
Ravi Chanda
