does somebody know why I don´t get a description for the unassigned incidents in my Service Operations Workspace?
I had to make some changes regarding the naming but the content is the same like in an unchanged instance. For "Incident SLA" for example I get a description below the visualisation donuts (see screenshot one). For Unassigned Incidents its not available. (screenshot 2).
