Unbalanced quoted string

Has any one have encountered the following error while sending an email message: "Unbalanced quoted string"?

Today, I was playing sending emails through my custom application. Everything was going fine, until I attached some files to the email. Some how, the attachments were breaking the process. I looked at System Logs -> Email, and I saw an entry that says email type sent, error string "Unbalanced quoted string".
Usually this field is filled up with "Sending email to test user instead: >testing email>".

Any idea??

stranger - Are you getting this error from an email notification or an email template? If you haven't already you should submit an incident to Service-now.com/hi. [edited by moderator]
