Uncheck the Enable AI Search option in Portals

When I try tu disable the AI search option and save the record it returns to enable state in a Portal Record

make it false from list and see

Some client script must be marking it as True again

I have admin rights and I can try this.
Please check whether you have the relevant role. If not, try accessing it from the list view; otherwise, it could be a custom system logic in your instance. [From the list view, it is restricted due to security, so the only way to do it is from the form view.]

Hi @Rodrigo27 ,

 

Check for “Enable AI Search” client script onload  if it is new sp_portal the. the checkbox always true from this client script.
