Can anyone advise us on this please.
When we get an email delivery failure from bounce@ because the email address doesnt exist, the subject line on the email is read only - "Delivery Status Notification (Failure)"
However, if the delivery failure comes internally from microsoft exchange , the subject line says Undeliverable: Incident INC000123456 has been assigned to group Incident Fix Group.
Are these subject lines configurable in the platform, and if so where?
We would like the delivery failure notification to include the original subject line if possible.
