Unhandled exception TypeError message on Guided Self Service Process

I'm trying to create the below Guided Self Service Process:

However, what I've noticed is that if I click on the 'Edit in Process Automation Designer' button, I get the below error message:

Can somebody explain what's causing this issue and what is the required fix?
