We have enabled Universal request recently and looking for an option to transfer ticket from IT to HR.
OOTB it allows to select only at department level (COE) and not HR service.
Is there any way I can transfer from IT to a specific HR Service of a COE.
Any thoughts/ideas on this is very much appreciated.
