Dear Expert

Can the plugin “ Conversational Messaging ” be installed on PDI?

The process has not progressed at all since a while ago.

Is it just that PDI is under high load in the first place?

I just tried an install of the Conversational Messaging on my PDI (Xanadu) took about 3 mins to successfully complete, so it's probably just an intermittent issue you had with your PDI. You could try a Rollback or Repair if it's still not operational:
