Hi
We are quite new to SN and early on we decided to use Universal Request to manage ad hoc requests in between IT teams. Now I thought I would turn on Universal Task as well but I realize it is designed to send tasks to employees and not for internal teams.
Question: Would it be possible and feasible to adjust ACLs for Universal Task so that we could use it in between IT teams as well? Any thoughts?
If not, what would be an alternative? There are no other type of task for Universal Request as far as I can see.

Hi @magnushedlu
yes, you can make changes in ACL as and when required. You need elevated role for same,

Thx
I understand that I can work on the ACLs. My main concern is if it would be a bad decision to go down that route.

Hi @magnushedlu
To restrict access, there can be other ways like BR or ACL. ACL is a better option as it involves low code, no code, and is easily identifiable.
