Unkown attribute visible in SR

In catalog form when we raise unmown attribute display please let me know why this happen.

Please find the attached screenshot I have highlighted one attribute in yellow color. which is not created by me and any one . my query is why that highlighted attribute is displaying.

Hi @Sirri 

This is the Out of the box feature, this is something that is present in the portal page.

You can even verify this in your PDI, so its expected behavior just for user's knowledge to fill in the mandatory fields.

Please let me know . why this is available for only visible for some SR's . I'm unable to see this for all SR.
