Unloaded table does not match current table

I have a lookup field that was working - now when choose from the lookup I get a different value on Save.   When I watch the field I get the above message. Any ideas?

Thanks for your reply.


I am using this field on Catalog as well as on Form and for both no such client script found to be existing.


Scenario is earlier when instance was Fuji, list getting popped-up and good. This issue showed up after Helsinki in my instance.



Note- I have other sys_user reference fields but with script includes having some condition (they are perfectly working fine). This mentioned field has criterion of just active users.



Remark- List is popped but after selecting a user list pop up closed but name is not populated in the field and empty.

We already reached out to Hi support. They responded with user data issue (like.[dot]) existence in records creating issue list to pop up and they will fix it in Istanbul version. Then we disabled listv3 in helsinki and this issues came in the scene.

We have got the issue resolved. There was one silly mistake that we were selecting a user in list with empty name hence it was getting selected but not displaying in field.
