unsubscribe links not working when I click to unsubscribe

Hi all

Has anyone encountered an issue with the unsubscribe link not working when you click on it to unsubscribe yourself from that email

What could be the reason it will not work, what can Iook at

This appears to be a general thing within the instance. Not specific to any email type
