Unsupported Issue transfer to different group

Hello Team,

I would like to get the count of Incidents not resolved in our queue and was transferred to different queue.
Ex:- Service Desk assigned a ticket work MyGroup and we find that this Issue is related to network and we either transfer to queue or assign to Network team.

You can look at the "Assignment Group" metric defined on the Incident table. There is a related list of metric instance records.
