Laptops are entered in alm_hardware table on arrival. When they are handed over to user they will are auto discovered by the Intune Integration and added to the cmdb_ci_computer table. Then a new alm_hardware record is created.
We would like that the already entered asset in the alm_hardware table is updated by fields from the Intune Integration.
In this possible and how can we do that?
