Update Approval Request : did not create or update sysapproval_approver using current

Trying to process email approval. The inbound Email action is erroring out. The error message - "Update Approval Request : did not create or update sysapproval_approver using current"

Notification, EMail and Digest Template exist.

Found the issue in script, the value in fromID is not updated. It was undefined for some unkonwn reason.

 

var fromID = email.from

Oh that's great.
