Is it possible to update the incident or task state when the card is moved from one lane to another lane in a freeform board? I know we can change it on a guided board, but I want to see if we can do it on a freeform board.
Wondering about your question as on a free-form board there is no link to the incident table. However, whatever you want to achieve has to be implemented manually via watching the Cards (table vtb_card) for example via Business Rules.
