Hi All,

I am doing Jira integration using JIRA spoke

Issue 1: When I am trying to send value from ServiceNow to Jira I am not able to select the field value in the JIRA spoke. how to enable the field selection option

hi there. hope you've managed to resolve the issues. i'd like to propose a solution you can explore. it's a customizable tool that can help you integrate the two in a few clicks and send the value you want from snow in jira. it's a connector called zigiops. we use it and so far no issues. it connects the systems bi-directionally.
