Update label on attachment icon

I am looking to update the attachment icon on the service portal "Can we help you?" to say Attachment,Label & screenshots instead of add attachment. Is this possible, if s, how can I get i done..

I did RnD and not sure how good it is,

You can change the column name (Global change) , or try dictionary override if it works just to rename it.

Thank you for your help, however I am not able to reach the link you sent

I am also concerned on changing the Global name, will it not change the change on all application that use that attachment
