Update on date in smart assessment GRC.

I have dates visible on smart assessment in corner but it only says Created 2, Due Date 20, can i add month and year also to that format?

Can you just share the date section to verify the field type and also did you change the smart assessment UI builder component recently?

Make sure all the smart assessment plugins are up to date , i have been been hearing lot of UI builder plugins issue recently in the Australia version.
