Update set not capturing

I have created an update set and  made form design changes but it is not capturing

What do you mean by form design? are you referring changes via form layout that did not get captured?

Did you select your current update set and the correct scope?

If you are capturing Form layout changes using any of the below options then it should get captured in your update set

1) Configured -> Form Layout

2) Configure -> Form designer

3) Configure -> Form builder
