You should define from which server it shall fetch the email and which email it should use to send emails. What configuration is depended on the requirements of from your company/client.

Hi,
If you look at the "connection status" at the bottom, it says "No email accounts defined". So it seems that you actived the send&recieve, but hasn't configured any smtp&pop/imap accounts to use for sending & recieving.

HI,
Agree with Goran!
Can you go to Email Accounts in left navigation and see if there is POP and SMTP connections defined. Send us the screen shot.
Thanks,

Hey Ashutosh,
I am experiencing same issue here, my PDI doesn't have any account defined. The POP and SMTP seem out of box, but for some reason, I don't have them in the instance (0 records in the Email Account table), I have attached photos.
How do I have the default ServiceNow managed POP SMTP account appear? Do I need to contact support or there's a setting I could activate them?
Thanks for the help!
