Update set - Stuck on previewing

i'm trying to deploy an update set wich i exported as xml from one instance to my personal dev instance. previewing takes o seconds only to complete but after the preview, there is no commit button. as you may see in the screenshot below, the state was stuck in previewing.

Just open a new tab near to it while this 1 is in preview and open the same update set again in this new tab, it's status will be changed and close the old  tab .

If it is still showing as Previewing and not yet committed then no need to worry just click on the DELETE button and retrieve it once again and try and let me know the outcome.
