Is it possible to move the custom tables in scoped app to another instance?
If yes, please let me know the process.

You can move configuration by update sets or application repository. If this doesn't answer your question, please clarify and provide additional details.

Yes , Use update sets to move.

Whatever development you have done in scoped application capture them in update set & commit that update set on target instance
