Update the auto import work note for MS Teams

We have MS Teams auto import for conversations started with customers via the incident or task/RITM

What I'd like to do is edit the work note that gets added when a conversation is started so the link that shows the conversation is a lot more obvious

Anyone able to assist with where I can do this?
