We have a requirement to add "reason for visit" drop down option to interaction record whenever walk up user do check-in. Currently short description of interaction is updated with short description entered during walk up checkin, but there is no OOB field or logic to capture "reason for visit" in interaction record. Missing this functionality is affecting reporting. Referred below article but steps are not clear to add logic to extension point. Let me know if anyone has implemented this functionality.
