Hi,
I assume you are talking here about a service portal page? Probably the service_status page? Either change all the links in pages or widgets to that url or create a page route map. (In the navigator in the UI just type page route maps to find it). Define the portal, the "Route From" page and the new "Route To" page. When a users goes to the status page it redirects to the new one.
