Uploading KB articles in Snow

How to do a bulk upload of Knowledge articles in Snow. Articles may be word documents.

Didn't help much. Let us say I have an export of articles from some other tool in csv format. What are the steps to import them in Snow.

If you are on Geneva, that function is then Build in with word documents.
