Hi @Alex ,
Step 1. We need to create an indicator for the Outage table(cmdb_ci_outage);
and put the source condition: the end is not empty and get the total duration for that business service.
2. select indicator and breakdown is a configuration item,
3 save it
Step 2: Create a formula indicator :
Step 4 Create widgets
Step 5 Add in the dashboard
