Hi Petr,

Navigate to User Administration > All Active Transactions and see if you can see the transaction in this list and if so right click it and choose Kill.

This list will only show you transactions from the current node you are logged into, so you may need to use multiple browsers to get a connection to the other nodes and repeat the process.

Hello,thx...

It seems it dont help .

I tried, but the script is creating records still.

My browser chrome is blocked fully, so i tried to kill it through IE10.

It seems still creating records.

I have gow also info message on the window, that Transaction may not terminate immediately.

Is there any other way how to cancell it ?

Petr

Call Service-Now support and they should be able to cancle the transaction.   You will need to disable that rule as soon as possible too, so that it does not start up again.

Rule is inactivated already. That is OK.

I asked for help our support company who is between us and SN, but i do wait for respond still.
