Hey, folks. Hoping someone here has a solution. There is interest at my company with integrating Five9, but we use Universal Requests instead of Interactions and it appears Five9 can't support that without a specific URL call. I tried providing...
https://<instance>.service-now.com/nav_to.do?uri=universal_request.do?sys_id=-1%26sysparm_query=u_phone=4152
...which works, but apparently you need a high level of access to use the nav_to.do method.
I thought using a similar format with the following method would work...
...but I can't seem to successfully add a caret to add another parameter.
Any help is appreciated!
