I created the following link for a URL from Arguments in filter navigator:
/now/nav/ui/classic/params/target/u_reaa_list.do%3Fsysparm_query%3DGROUPBYu_sqt_id%26sysparm_first_row%3D1%26sysparm_view%3D
It works for admins. The user has write permission to the Scoping Questionnaire table and can go directly to the u_reaa table without getting a security error. What do I need to change to allow the link to work for users.
The User is getting this error:
Solved! Go to Solution.

This issue is not because the user lacks the write role on the scoping questionnaire table.....but because ServiceNow acl and security constraints are still blocking the read or query operation behind that URL.........roles alone don’t guarantee access if there’s a table, field, or query acl that denies read or query access.....and this behavior is expected as the platform enforces both role and acl conditions before showing list/form data.....so to fix it you need to check the actual acl on the initiative scoping questionnaire and related reference tables and then either adjust or add the appropriate acl to allow read/query for your user’s roles rather than just relying on write access.......

do they have READ permission to that field "u_sqt_id" since that field is used in Group BY?
Any query BR is restricting them?
