I have a requirement where in a custom scoped application extended from CSM which we are building, client wants to manage their own choice lists. The approach we thought is to use dl_matcher extended table in our scoped application for same rather using sys_choice. Build a custom role for agent to access same to create write and read. No delete access.
Want to know if this approach is not correct, if its not then in what way? is it against licensing or conceptually wrong?
if not dl_matcher; if we use standalone scoped table in our custom app? is that correct way? Need Conceptual Answer on this and not sys_choice is only way. Need to know Why?
