Hi Everyone,

Can we use Emailid and password to login instead of UserID ? 

just For Example purpose: 
user id : test.amazon
first name : test
Last name : amazon
email-id : test@amazon.com

Basically we user UserID/Pwd to login into instance , but here we use user profile of EMail-Id to login into instance ? CAn we do that ?

is it Possible ?

Hi chanikya,

Yes go to developer.servicenow.com and you will be redirected there then click the sign in in upper right corner.
you can also remove the part after "/" in url and press enter.

Sorry i didn't get you first i answered before you edited.
If i understand you right follow these steps:

1) Navigate to the module "Identity Provider" and open the SSO record which you have configured and then under "Advanced" tab change user_name to Email as shown below

2) Navigate to the properties module and change this to email instead of user_name

after these changes you need to work with your amazon team as well to make this change at their end as well so that user can authenticate correctly.

I don't see Multi-Provider SSO.
