User lost all roles suddenly except snc_internal even though he is part of the groups which should have certain roles

User is part of certain groups which has roles but user lost all the roles except snc_internal. Have checked deleted records but these records were not found. Please help.

 

FYI.. The issue is seen in test, production instances but in dev, everything is fine.

Hello,

Just check if user was inactive then became active again, I guess that could be the reason.

Thanks for your reply. User went on a long leave and is back recently . He was not made inactive . Is there any oob script which i can check ?
