User roles for List View

Hello all!

I have a problem for some users who are not able to use the gear icon "Personalize List" in any table where they have access.

They can't even use the double click on a field to edit it: if they don't have permissions to edit the field it should appear that field in a gray color, but this functionality is disabled too.

Does anyone know why I have this issue?

Thanks in advance!

Hi Adrian,

Can you share some screenshots.

Hello,

I added two screenshots:

- First screenshot is related to the "Personalize List", when this users click on it, nothing happens.

- Same for the second screenshot: when they click on that "title" text field, nothing happens.

Best regards.

Hi Adrian,

Can you refer below articles and see if they helps to fix the issue.

Hi Deepankar,

Thank you for the response!

I have checked all the ACLs from one of the tables and I disabled all of them, this issue is still appearing and it is the same for all the tables, so I guess is not a problem with only one table.

I deleted all the user preferences of one the users affected and the issue is still there.

The other solutions refer to the problem "gear icon is hidden" (is not a problem I have, because the users still see this gear icon). Anyway I tried the solutions proposed in the links but still didn't work...

Best regards.
