when you submit a ticket and list yourself as the requester, you do not receive an email notification. However, if you select another person as the requester, they will receive an email. I understand that this is the expected functionality since the requester is already aware of the submission. However, I want to modify this behavior so that even the requester receives an email. How can this be achieved?

Hi @aravindk591

Did you check which email is being sent to the other person? You can add the requester in that email notification.
