User unable to export incident report in excel format

A user of a specific customer wants to export the list of incidents in excel or csv format but is unable to do that. 

Error says User not authorized. 
He is able to export in pdf format but csv and excel format does not work. 
Any ideas on this?

Please assign report_admin role to your user account and then try.

Hi @Mouktik_B ,

User not authorized errors usually come up because of ACLs. 

Use ACL Debugger (Debug Security Rules) to see what is blocking the user and then think about adding required roles.
