User Unable to export the Excel-Showing blank page when clicks download

One of the user is not able to Export lists to Excel in incident form. When he right clicks and selects Export -> Excel he gets the message
When he clicks on Download, he gets a blank page and nothing happens.This issue is affecting only for one user in the domain where others can able to export.
When we click on download goes to blank page as shown below.

If the issue is only occurring with a few users, verify that there are fields selected in the Personalize List Columns for those users. Sometimes after an update or a clone, the list view for individual users becomes corrupted and a record for their personalizations or system defaults are no longer found for the user. Notice on the modal the "Reset to column defaults" UI Action is no longer available on Personalize List Columns modal form.
To resolve the blank Excel/CSV export issue, simply move the needed columns from Available to Selected and click OK. This will update (personalize) the list layout for the user and allow the user to export the information.
