User was assinged to empty group

 for some users it was inserting empty records as groups. I realized it was regarding the sys_id issue. How I can fix it. How I can avoid inserting of empty group records for the user.

I would need more information. How are you inserting these records? Is there a script or something that you can share for us to look at?
