User with Approver role cannot view the attachments

Hello,

When users with approver_user role trying to view the attachments when they're about to approve, they cannot view the attachment. Only users with ITIL role can view it. Kindly help on this issue.

you would need to add the approver_user role to the ACL that allows ITIL users to view the attachment table, or create a new ACL with the particular conditions under which a user with the approver_user role can view an attachment.

Attachment should not be visible for all. It should be visible only for approver_user role.

Can you please tell me what is the ACL?

ACLs are records that define the security access controls of all your records for all your tables in ServiceNow, if you are not familiarized with this or have not had training in it, I suggest you seek additional help as you can seriously impair your instance with a small mistake.

Oops my mistake. I was about to ask what is the ACL name you were mentioning.
