Hi All,
We upgraded to Istanbul last april. Since upgrade,we are having issue in case of some users, when they try to log in,they get HTTPstatus 500:Invalid signature error. It is not for some users. and not everybody got the error at same time. Does anyone know what could be the issue behind this and how to solve this? One such error screenshot shared. have been us
At first we thought they may have been using browser versions not supported in Istanbul,i.e, IE version 8 or below. But users also getting the same thing using IE11 or Chrome also.

Hi Anurag,
I would try the steps detailed here - Handle HTTP 500 errors - to see why the error is being generated, and then you can troubleshoot further or raise with Hi for further assistance.

The URL from screenshot suggests me you're using SSO for authentication. The error is most probably generated by IDP, as some IDPs only support HTTP-POST SAML login requests. Currently ServiceNow settings for the SAML login request to use HTTP-POST is not available.
We also had a similar issue but should have been fixed in Istanbul and was only for users using iPhones (PRB647349):
