Uses and Methods for Utilizing Insights and Suggestions

I would like to learn about the purpose and usage of the Insights and Suggestions features located in the upper right corner of the IT Agent Dashboard.

In the insights section, you can configure to display the trend baseline deviation, target, threshold and predictive analysis information. You can refer below documentation for more details

Go to Dashboard -> Edit -> Dashboard Settings to configure the sections you would like to see from Insights
