I see where Service Portal announcements are displayed but not UX Banner Announcements.
If I create a service portal announcement, I see it displayed on the service portal, employee center, idea portal, time sheet portal, etc.
When I create a UX banner announcement, I don't see it displayed anywhere. Where do UX Banner Announcements display?
Thank you!

Hi @mah1,
On the UX Banner Announcement record, make sure you navigate to the bottom of the form and the 'Associated to Configurations'.
Here is where you set the announcement's visibility if you will.
See the screenshot showing both the 'Associated to Configurations' setting and the UX Banner Announcement itself.

That worked! Thank you! Apparently, I was missing the step to set the announcement's visibility.

Hi @mah1,
No worries at all and glad I could help. It is very easily overlooked, isn't it.
SN could do with a message or pointer to advise (Or perhaps even a default value/relationship setup on creation)
Thanks for marking my response as the solution. This helps others and the community as a whole.
Thanks,
Robbie
