UX Parent Application Type Update set captured i want to move that to another update set

Hello experts,
UX Parent Application Type Update set captured I want to move that to another update set but while moving it i am getting a scope error. I checked the scope for both updates. Both are in global scope, but I am not able to move that UX parent application customer update .except UI parent application, I can move everything from one update set to another have attached the error screenshot below.
please guide,

Hi,
You can change the "Update set" value of any record in the sys_update_xml table, provided you have sufficient role. I have done that many times, I log in to my instance as 'admin'. Make sure the Update Set and those 'updates' you want to modify are in the same application scope.

@--oooo-- I saw that, but you said you're getting a 'scope error'. And I told you how to move updates from any update set to another, including 'default' for any application scope. including 'global'.
