Hello Community!
I am facing the issue regarding Virtual Agent.
When we input in the virtual agent, the related catalog item is displayed and one choice message is displayed in the DEV instance, but it is different in the QA instance where it is showing the catalog item and another choice message.Basically it gives different output.
We have checked the interaction AI search topic triggered in QA and contextual search topic triggered in DEV. This is why the virtual agent shows a different result.
Can anyone help to resolve this issue ?
