I’m working on a Catalog Item and I need to ensure that users open a document before submitting the request.
The document link is placed inside a Rich Text Label (or inside the Instruction of a field).
I want to know if it’s possible to validate or track a click on this link before allowing the user to submit the request.
Currently, any inline JavaScript (onclick) is removed when saving the Rich Text Label.
Are there any supported ways to enforce this validation on the client side or in ServiceNow standard functionality?
