Value is not displayed in LIST VIEW but exists inside of the ticket

Hello

 

I have a strange issue with COMPANY field.

 

In the list view it's empty - but value is visible inside of the ticket:

What can be the issue?

And second issue is one user see VALUE in a LIST VIEW + INSIDE of the ticket,

but second user form his group DO NOT SEE value in the LIST VIEW but see INSIDE of the ticket.

 

Where to start the investigation? Where could be the issue?

@Don Dom , do both users have the same roles (maybe roles are not granted by the group which are same for both). The first point of investigations for me, will be Permission and therefore ACLs.

The roles are exactly the same besides:

 

problem_manager
rota_manager

Those roles extending rights for Problem Management and Oncall Calendar only.

 

So I will check ACL for LIST VIEW maybe, there is something ;/

Hello @Don Dom ,

 

Can you check personalized list if company field is actually from incident table or any user's (e.g Caller, assigned to) company field.
