Values are NOT getting populated in the field even though I've selected them from a List collector

In a record producer, I'm encountering an issue with a 'List collector' field type. When I select values from the list, they don't appear to get selected. Instead, the field appears to have empty values separated by commas, as you can see in the attached photos.

Yeah, it looks like Medication Prescription is your table label and there is not a display column.  Right-click the Number field label, or whichever field you want to display when you select records in a reference or list (collector) field or variable.  Select Configure Dictionary.  On the Dictionary Entry form for the field, check the box that says Display, first adding it to the form if it isn't already visible.  That's all you need to do!
