How do I get the variable display value to show the record name instead of the sys_id?

Hi Becky,

Go to the table which is referred by that field. There should be atleast one field with display=true so that it won't show the sys_id in lookup type of fields.

Make a particular field as display true.

Mark Correct if this solves your issue and also hit Like and Helpful if you find my response worthy based on the impact.

Thanks

Hi Becky,

Right click the Business Function name field and make it display=true since that is good choice to show to the user once he does the lookup.
