In the picture left is form's(record producer) portal view with 5 questions and right is variable editor on a target record with only last 3 questions.
Unable to determine why the first two questions(1 &2) aren't appearing in the variable editor on the target record. I'm confident that UI policies aren't causing this problem.
BTW, I used "com_glideapp_questionset_default_question_editor" as formatter while creating the UI formatter.
